Onsite Training
A Dealer Synergy Certified Trainer will deliver training, in person, at your dealership, in the space of your choice. This also includes going LIVE, on the phones, or running your department with our show, don’t tell approach.
24/7 Virtual Auto Sales Training
24/7 on-demand training. Train where you want and when you want, with our Bradley On-Demand training platform. Our platform boasts over 6000 training modules with a curriculum for all departments and roles at the dealership.
Phone Coaching
These 45-minute phone coaching sessions are performed over the phone, on a recorded conference call line, with a Dealer Synergy Certified Trainer, and covers role-playing, script training, Dealer Synergy philosophies, and much more!
Dealer Synergy Academy
Taught in a group class setting, via Zoom, these classes are facilitated by a Dealer Synergy Certified Trainer, with students from all over the world, designed to create a collaborative and university-style learning environment.
Zoom Video Training
The next best thing to in-person training is Zoom video conferencing training. Dealer Synergy uses Zoom to conduct goals and projections meetings, weekly audit reviews, academy classes and for any other necessary face-to-face.
Google Classrooms
Dealer Synergy has evolved with the recent changing times and adopted a new method of training via Google Classroom. Google Classroom is used as a measure for structured learning, assignments, testing and accountability.
