Karen’s most important role is as a proud wife and mother of 4 kids, ranging from 6 years old to 21 years old. Combine this role with her role as an owner of multiple companies, by living the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Karen is truly able to achieve “Work / Life” Balance.
Karen was born in the Bronx, NY and lived there until the age of 6. Her family then moved to a small town in New Jersey, where she remained for a couple of years until the age of 8. She then moved yet another state over to Pennsylvania. She spent a majority of her life in Pennsylvania where in 2009 she once again ended up back in New Jersey, where she still lives today. Karen is one of three children and holds the position of “middle child”. As a child, Karen participated in basketball, volleyball and cheerleading. She was also strongly involved in her academics and received honor roll recognition every quarter of her middle school and high school years. She was also class president and student council treasurer. Karen feels like she had a good childhood, but that is based on her belief that “we can either choose to be a victim of our circumstances, or a product of our choices”. You see, Karen lost her dad to incarceration for 3 long years. Her mother could no longer support the lifestyle they were accustomed to and quickly lost everything. She and her family ended up homeless on the streets with no money, no vehicle, leaving everything behind, other than a few essential items and the clothing on their back. Karen’s mom eventually turned to the Salvation Army for help in one last desperate attempt to feed her children and put a roof over their heads. Karen and her family lived in the Salvation Army facility for a short period until her mother was helped back on her feet with a job, a place to live and food. (Karen makes large donations to the Salvation Army yearly). Those 3 years were a huge struggle, but Karen still made sure to see the good in the situation by appreciating the fact that she was even alive. Later in life, at the age of 16, Karen became pregnant with her oldest daughter, Tianna. She birthed Tianna in the 11th grade. However, once again, Karen didn’t see her teen pregnancy as a setback, but actually as a motivator to do well in life for the sake of her daughter. To be able to provide well for her and be the role model she deserved. Karen graduated high school in the top 10 percent of her class and went on to attend Drexel University where she majored in Biology (Studied Pre-Medicine) to become a doctor. Karen never became a doctor, as other opportunities presented themselves, but Karen is grateful for the path change because she absolutely loves her life today and really feels like she is living her dream life. Karen became a successful model where she got to walk the runway for Victoria’s Secret and other big brands. Additionally, she became a successful recording artist where she had over 60 million online views, 100,000 fans/followers and was blessed to make tracks with some big names in music like Meek Mill, Papoose, Freeway, Gillie Da Kid, Young Chris, Larry T, LA Dubb, Dilemma and many others. One of her tracks was licensed by the Tia and Tamera Show and one of her tracks played during the Kardashian Wedding.
Karen owns 11 companies today and growing, but her most prized possession is her family. Her roles as a wife and mother are the most special roles she plays.
Karen is very close to her family, both immediate and extended. The first line of her mission statement is “family first” and she lives by that. If she had to give up every single material possession she owns for her family, should wouldn’t even blink to do so. She believes family is everything and they are what makes life worth living.
Karen has an older brother and a younger sister. She is the middle child. Her father is 1 of 9 so she has many cousins! She married her dream man, Sean V. Bradley, CSP. They have been happily married for 11 years and together for over 13. They share 4 beautiful children ages 6-21. They most recently welcomed the newest member of their family, a pug named “Daisy the Crazy/Lazy Pug”. Daisy doubles as both the Dealer Synergy mascot and security.
Karen is passionate about her family, her health, giving back to the world and being an entrepreneur. The first line of her mission statement is “Family First”. Karen lives her personal mission daily and spends as much time as possible with her husband and her children, as well as her extended family. When she is not spending time with her family, you can find Karen in the gym. Karen is huge into fitness. In fact, Karen is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer, as well as a weight loss specialist and is working on her nutritionist certification too. Karen is the creator of a FaceBook fitness community group with a focus on moms that want to be fit, named Fit Body Moms. Karen is also in the process of creating a fitness apparel line called M.O.M., which stands for Mind Over Matter.
