Have you ever wanted to meet the orange-tie guy Sean V. Bradley? Well, you are in luck because he will be the keynote speaker at NAMAD in Miami. For those who are wondering what NAMAD is, it is the National Association of Minority Auto Dealers. Tianna Mick and Vaesly Vega (“V”) will also be at NAMAD this year, so if you see their friendly faces, go up and say “Hey!”. Tianna will also attend WOCAN, the Woman of Color Automotive Network. 

In October, Tianna will be traveling across the country to speak at Digital Dealer, and you wouldn’t want to miss her presentation. Tianna will discuss how your community (unbeknownst to most) is your greatest asset. Everyone has a niche, so why not connect your dealership or yourself to that niche community? 

Tianna also discusses the importance of creating your own brand within the dealership. Sales professionals need to start creating their own client and referral list because the highest closing ratio and highest gross profit is a prior customer. Some resources to begin building a brand are,  Canva.com, iMovie, Upwork.com, and Fiverr.com. Canva is an excellent graphic design resource for building your own website. Equipment is also crucial for you to film or take photos. A Smartphone with a pop socket or phone stabilizer is all the equipment recommended to create a seamless video. Another way to generate and build your brand is to create a QR code sticker. Tianna would leave them around town or mail a sticker to people, so when they see the QR code, it will bring them to her website.
