Celebrating National Women’s History Month with the Amazing Female Employees at Dealer Synergy
Since 1987, the month of March has been declared as National Women’s History Month. It is a month that highlights the contributions of women to our society and how they helped shape the world into what it is today. There are countless women that helped shape the world. From Abigail Adams to Susan B. Anthony, Sojourner Truth to Rosa Parks, Amelia Earhart to Grace Hopper, there is no denying that women helped mold the world as we know it today.
The same cannot be more true at Dealer Synergy, where we pride ourselves in diversity. Dealer Synergy has seven female employees, of which three are in leadership positions.
Karen Bradley | Chief Executive Officer
Karen Bradley is the CEO of Dealer Synergy and the co-founder of Internet Sales 20 Group. With over 14+ years of automotive sales experience, Karen’s sole mission has been to help car dealerships and their personnel achieve their maximum potential. Karen also has over 16 years of accounting experience and over 12 years of experience as a certified FranklinCovey trainer and facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people and The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity.
Franca Vidal | Performance Coach Manager
Franca Vidal is Dealer Synergy’s Performance Coach Manager and has been a valued member of the Dealer Synergy team for over six years. Working with our clients and developing the Dealer Synergy team on a day to day basis, Franca ensures that everyone has all of the tools and skills needed for their success.
Tianna Mick | Performance Coach
Tianna Mick, Sean and Karen Bradley’s daughter, joined the Dealer Synergy team after two and a half years as a high performing automotive sales associate and has millions of views on her TikTok videos, one of which has over 2.4 million views. As a Performance Coach, Tianna coaches and trains automotive professionals on phone sales skills and video communication.
Jasmine Rivera | Senior CRM Specialist
Jasmine Rivera joined the Dealer Synergy team over two years ago and is our Senior CRM Specialist. Whether it is CRM setup, CRM usage, CRM monitoring, Jasmine quickly became an expert in all things CRM.
Naimah Williams | Customer Support Specialist
Naimah Williams has been a valuable member of the Dealer Synergy team for over two years. Her role as a Customer Support Specialist focuses on two key areas: Bradley On Demand and HR & Recruiting services. Naimah ensures that Dealer Synergy’s clients are not only properly staffed, but also properly enrolled and using Bradley On Demand, the automotive industry’s #1 training, tracking, testing, and certification platform.
Kylie Foradori | CRM Specialist
Kylie Foradori joined the Dealer Synergy team in May of 2020 as a CRM Specialist. Kylie’s work ethic, dedication, and knowledge was immediately prevalent as she hit the ground running during a challenging time of starting a new position as a temporarily remote employee.
Vaesly “V” Vega | Performance Coach
Vaesly Vega, known by her nickname of V, is the newest female employee of Dealer Synergy. Prior to joining the Dealer Synergy team as a Performance Coach, V was an Internet Coordinator at an automotive dealership. V’s experience in communication and her advanced knowledge of Internet Sales procedures has brought instant value not only to the Dealer Synergy team, but more importantly, our clients.
March is National Women’s History month and it is with great honor that we are able to thank and honor all of the women on the Dealer Synergy team. Not just today. Not just the month of March. But each and every day! They are vital to the Dealer Synergy team and bring tremendous value to the automotive industry, and most importantly, to our clients.
