In 2004, Sean V. Bradley founded Dealer Synergy with a revolutionary vision. After consistently selling 30+ cars monthly as a sales consultant and taking his dealership’s internet department from 0 to 300+ cars per month in 2000, Sean recognized the internet would forever change how people shop for cars.

At Pine Belt Automotive, Sean led their Nissan/Kia/Cadillac store from 20 units per month online to over 110. He repeated those results at Cherry Hill Nissan, growing their volume from 27 to over 100 units per month online. This frontline experience proved that internet leads could become a dealership’s primary sales channel long before most in the industry recognized this shift.

After working on the front lines for about 5 years and mastering positions from Sales Consultant to Internet Sales Manager to Business Development Director, Sean built Dealer Synergy to share his proven methods with dealerships ready to embrace the digital revolution.
