Ongoing Phone Training

Every 2 weeks, after a Mystery Shop call OR when a call has been monitored, an analyst will reach out to the coordinators to set up a telephone training. Coordinators have the ability to pick from a list of topics such as; role playing, phone scripts, even motivational topics. Depending on the coordinator's performance on the call, one of our analysts will recommend a specific training topic to be completed by the coordinator in the specific area requiring improvement.
