Dealer Synergy is growing and looking for an amazing person to fill our Customer Service Analyst position and keep up with the demands of a fast paced business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support in designing/creating/developing deliverable client solutions (such as: Excel, PowerPoint, reports that include graphs, charts, tables, design creative presentations and proposals using the advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint.) -Conduct Mystery Shop phone calls to our clients -Create & grade evaluation reports for both the “Mystery Shop” & “Call Monitored” phone calls -Monitor & Analyze client sales calls utilizing our online software -Support research staff with all miscellaneous clerical duties (printing, copying, and binding) -CRM experience a plus. Qualifications: -Minimum of one year related experience -Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel -Advanced Excel skill set including formulas and functions required -Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent writing, grammar and proofreading required -2+ years experience in the customer service field -Excellent interpersonal /communication skills -Positive and out-going Personality Starting at $11 hour to start. . .
