Our History

In 2004, Sean V. Bradley, our President and founder, founded Dealer Synergy out of pure progressiveness. Sean started selling cars on the showroom floor and immediately became a 30 car guy. He was salesman of the month, month after month after month. Shortly after, he realized that there was a whole new opportunity with Internet Sales. He was taking faxed in leads and converting them to sales-LOTS of sales! The dealer principal decided that this was brand new territory and decided to have faith in Sean’s ideas and processes. He developed a small team and went from selling 0 cars from Internet leads to 110 cars, back in 2000! Dealerships still today are only now seeing the value of the internet. Can you imagine selling over 100 units a month out of an internet department back in 2000? Sean soon realized that he had a gift for automotive internet sales and after working on the frontlines for about 5 years made the decision to share his skills, knowledge, practices, processes, tactics, and strategies with the rest of the automotive world. Sean’s history and being the creator of change has allowed us to be well ahead of the curve and the thought leaders in automotive internet sales.
