Quarterly onsite visits are designed to provide reinforcement to an Internet dealership and ALL its operations. During these visits Dealer Synergy trainers review and address any shortfalls that may have arisen during the implementation and setup phase and shore up any process deficiencies. These visits are also designed to review the initial SWOT and ROI assessments and tweak the protocols ensuring maximum output. Aside from higher level analysis, these visits provide an opportunity to asses, drill and reinforce the Phone script and rebuttals in the form of process training. These quarterly visits provide the stimulation to maintain maximum productivity and output.
