ïƒ¼ Providing the highest quality of customer service to every caller, every time
ïƒ¼ Managing follow-up calls and emails
ïƒ¼ Educating our customers on our brand and our products
ïƒ¼ Automotive, BDC and Call Center experience a plus
ïƒ¼ Customer Service experience a MUST
ïƒ¼ A high energy, outgoing personality
ïƒ¼ Basic computer skills
ïƒ¼ The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
ïƒ¼ Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing high quality service to every caller
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ïƒ¼ Placing a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day
ïƒ¼ Calling and emailing existing prospects to follow up with inquiries
ïƒ¼ Data Entry
This is a FULL TIME position. This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
