Do you work well in fast paced environments? Are you detail oriented, extremely organized and excellent with your time management? We have the perfect job opportunity for you. Dealer Synergy is looking for a full time Financial Administrator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating invoices

  • Paying vendor invoices

  • Reconciling credit card statements

  • Reconciling company bank statements

  • Reconciling credit card payments

  • Organizing receipts

  • Issuing reimbursement checks to trainers

  • Collections

  • Bank runs

  • Entering vendor bills into QB online

  • Entering credit card charges

  • Completing expense sheets

  • Tracking expenses for events, conferences and seminars

  • Completing payroll sheets

  • Filing payable and receivables

  • HR paperword

  • Completing unemployment claims

  • Computing account balances


Requirements include:

  • being detail oriented

  • being organized

  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online

  • Must have excellent time management skills
