Dealer Synergy is growing and looking for an amazing person to fill our Customer Service Analyst position and keep up with the demands of a fast paced business. We are an award winning, national training, consulting and digital marketing firm that serves the Automotive Sales industry. We have been in business since 2004 and pride ourselves on superb customer satisfaction and client success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support in designing/creating/developing deliverable client solutions (such as: Excel, PowerPoint, reports that include graphs, charts, tables, design creative presentations and proposals using the advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint.)
-Conduct Mystery Shop phone calls to our clients
-Create & grade evaluation reports for both the "Mystery Shop" & "Call Monitored" phone calls
-Monitor & Analyze client sales calls utilizing our online software
-Support research staff with all miscellaneous clerical duties (printing, copying, and binding)
-CRM experience a plus.
-Minimum of one year related experience
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Advanced Excel skill set including formulas and functions required
-Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent writing, grammar and proofreading required
-2+ years experience in the customer service field
-Excellent interpersonal /communication skills
-Positive and out-going Personality
Starting at $11 hour to start. . . Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM.
